Quick Oats
Cook’s Mate Quick Oats provides a ready source of soluble fibre, which reduces cholesterol levels. It is also rich in Vitamin E, Selenium, Zinc, Copper, Iron and Magnesium. Cook’s Mate Quick Oats is available in 120g, 226g, 454g and 680g and 1.2kg sizes. Both regular oats and old-fashioned rolled oats are available.

Alrogo Enterprises Limited is the sole local distributor of Mornflake, England’s No. 1 Breakfast Cereal, which have been around for fifteen generations, Mornflake is still made according to traditional methods and include an assortment of seeds, nuts and dried fruit. Mornflake is available in Caribbean Crunch, Hawaiian Crunch, Orchard Fruits Oat Crunch and Classic Oat Crunch and is packaged in 70g, 110g, 227g and 500g sizes.
Honeyoat Granola Cereal
Honey Oat Crispy Crunch can be an important part of a healthy diet. This cereal is a concentrated source of vitamins, proteins and minerals. It is available in a 200g pack.
Wheat Germ
Wheat Germ is the heart of the wheat kernel and a highly recommended health food packed with proteins, fibre, polyunsaturated fat, vitamins and minerals. Cooks’ Mate Wheat Germ is available in a 340g pack.

Cook’s Mate Bread Crumbs make cooking so much easier. It is used as a coating for breaded meats, fish, poultry and seafood.
